Ran in UW's top-seven in 2004, but was limited by injury throughout 2005-06 ... a two-time state prep cross country champion.
2005-06: Limited by injury throughout 2005-06 ... ran just twice in the fall, placing ninth at Sundodger, and 28th at Willamette ... competed in the mile and 3K indoors, and in the 800m, 1500m and 5K outdoors ... lowered his mile best to 4:12.50 in March.
2004-05: Ran in UW's top-seven at every varsity race in 2004 ... ran seventh for UW, 40th overall, at Pac-10s, and was UW's No. 6 runner at Regionals ... was No. 7 for UW at the Sundodger and Pre-National meets, and was the team's No. 2 finisher at Willamette ... on the track, ran in UW's top-five in the 1500m and 5000m ... won the 1500m at the Ken Foreman Invite in a career-best 3:52.46 ... took 25 seconds off his 5K personal best with a time of 14:27.66 at Stanford ... ran 12th in the 5K at MPSFs.
2003-04: Raced three times in the fall, with a best of second in the open race at the Pac-10 Championships ... was 21st overall at Sundodger, and sixth at the Geoduck Invite ... ran sparingly during the track season while nursing an injury.
2002-03: Redshirted the year ... competed unattached three times in the fall, with a best finish of 30th at the Emerald City Invite ... also competed at the Sundodger and Willamette Invites ... ran 8:53.08 for 3000m indoors in lone track appearance.
High School and Personal: Won back-to-back 2A cross country titles in 2000-01 ... also won the state 3200m title on the track ... was the state runner-up in the event as a junior, adding a ninth-place finish in the 1600m ... earned All-Region honors with a top-25 finish at the 2001 Foot Locker West Regional meet ... was sixth overall the 2001 Nike Border Clash ... also won the 2001 Shoreline Invitational.
