Shot into UW's top-three for the first time in cross country's two postseason meets this fall ... was named the team's Most Improved runner ... set personal-bests during the 2008 indoor season in the mile and 3000-meters.
2007-08: Came on very strong at the end of the season, rising into UW's top-three after never running in the top-seven prior ... finished second among Huskies at the Pac-10 Championships (33rd overall) in 23:53, his first time under 24-minutes ... followed that up with a Top-50 finish at Regionals, taking 49th and third on the team ... named co-winner of the team's Most Improved award ... led all Huskies at the Mike Hodges Invite, running seventh overall to lead the team to second-place ... took 19th-place at the Sundodger (5th UW) and 90th (8th UW) at Dellinger Meet ... ran four times during the indoor track season, setting PR's in the mile and 3000-meters ... ran best 3K time of 8:20.52 at the Husky Classic, a 12-second improvement ... finished 20th in the 3K at the MPSF Championships ... ran a 4:11.13 mile at the Last Chance Qualifier ... only competed once outdoors, finishing 9th in the 1500m at the Pepsi Team Invitational.

2005-06: Was UW's No. 2 steepler for the second-straight year ... season-best of 9:12.97, at the Cardinal Invite, was an eight-second personal best ... ran 11th in the steeple at Pac-10s ... also ran the 5K at Pac-10s, but did not finish ... made his 2005-06 debut in the indoor season finale at Dempsey Indoor, running the 3000m ... redshirted the fall cross country season.
2004-05: Ran in four cross country meets as a true freshman in 2004, including two unattached ... was the eighth UW finisher, 54th overall, at Pac-10s ... also ran attached at the Emerald City Invite, placing 21st ... was UW's No. 2 steepler , clocking a best of 9:20.65 at the Ken Shannon Invite ... indoors, was sixth in the DMR, and 21st in the 3000m, at the MPSF Championships ... also competed in the mile, 1500m and 5000m.
