A member of UW's top-seven during each of the last three postseasons ... the Huskies' No. 2 returning runner ... one of five fifth-year seniors on the UW roster.
2005-06: Led the UW men back to the NCAA Championships for just the second time since 1993 ... was the team's No. 3 runner at nationals, placing 150th overall ... ran No. 4 for UW, in 29th place, at the NCAA West Regional ... also ran in UW's top-seven at the Pre-National Meet, and was the eighth Husky finisher (40th overall) at Pac-10s ... earned third-straight first-team Academic All-Pac-10 honor for both cross country and track ... ran just six times, total, during the 2006 track season ... ran once each at 1500m, 3000m, 5000m and 10000m during the outdoor campaign ... also ran the 3K and 5K once each indoors.
2004-05: Ran first or second for UW at all three postseason races ... led all UW finishers in 18th overall at the NCAA Regional ... placed 15th overall at Pac-10s, helping UW to fourth ... a first-team Academic All-Pac-10 honoree ... redshirted the 2005 track season to study abroad in Spain.
2003-04: Had a terrific first cross country season ... won the season-opening Emerald City Invite at Woodland Park ... became one of just three freshmen, and the first UW male, ever to win their debut race ... was the ninth UW finisher at Pac-10s, helping Huskies to third ... ran fifth overall at the Sundodger Invite, and was the No. 5 UW runner at Pre-Nationals ... earned first-team Academic All-Pac-10 honors for cross country and track ... focused on the 5000m and 10000m during the 2004 outdoor track season ... took 13th in the 10000m in 31:46.48 in Pac-10 Championships debut ... season-best of 14:44.56 for 5000m earned fourth at the Oregon Invite ... indoors, clocked the ninth-fastest 5000m time in UW history with a 14:29.90 at the Pac-10 Invite ... ran the 3000m and 5000m at the MPSF meet, earning top-15 finishes in both.
2002-03: Redshirted the 2002 fall season ... ran unattached three times ... on the track, competed at every distance from 1500m to 10000m ... indoors, ran a season-best of 14:50.18 for 5000m.
