Ran three times for cross country in 2007 and will be looking to run in the Top-10 for UW this season ... set major PR's on the track in the mile and 1500m ... was 10th in the mile at the MPSF Championships.
2007-08: Opened the season with 39th-place finish (9th UW) at Sundodger in 25:12 ... ran twice more during the season, placing third among Huskies at the Willamette and fourth at the Mike Hodges Invite ... made significant improvements during the track season ... ran lifetime-best mile time of 4:10.25 at the MPSF Championships, finishing 10th overall and running seven seconds faster than his PR entering the season ... also finished 18th in the 800m at MPSFs ... knocked four seconds off his best time in the 1500m, running 3:55.76 at the Oregon Invite.
2006-07: Competed in the mile three times during indoor track season, with best time of 4:17.70 coming at the UW Last Chance Qualifier ... ran twice unattached in the 1500m during outdoor season ... redshirted the cross country season to preserve a year of eligibility.
High School and Personal: Parents are Jordan and Debra ... has one older brother, Stephen ... is a triplet along with two sisters Rachel and Emily ... placed eighth at state in 2004 and 2005 ... was in the lead pack at state in 2003 before falling and finishing 66th ... won KingCo Conference cross country title in each of his final two seasons, and was the KingCo runner-up in 2003 ... placed second at the 2006 Brooks Meet of Champions in Portland ... ran eighth at the 2006 Washington/Oregon Border Clash meet, and was 16th at Border Clash in 2005 ... was sixth at state in the 1600m as a senior, and sixth in the 3200m his junior year ... prep teammate of fellow UW runner Kailey Campbell.
