Run Ends For Malovic In Pac-10 Semis

OJAI, Calif. - The Pac-10 Championships drew to a close for the Washington women's tennis team today, as junior Aleksandra Malovic came up short in her semifinal match in the Invitational Draw today.
Playing at Libbey Park at the 109th Ojay Valley Tennis Tournament, Malovic fell to UCLA's Carling Seguso this morning, 6-2, 7-5. Malovic was the only Husky remaining, after winning three matches over the past two days.
Washington will now return home and await to hear their NCAA Championships fate, which will be revealed on Tuesday, April 28, at approximately 2:20 p.m. Pacific time on the official selection show on ESPNews. NCAA Regionals will then take place from May 8-10.
