2022 NCAA Men's Soccer Tournament Second Round Credential Form
Please use this form to request credentials for the Washington men's soccer NCAA Second Round match on Sunday Nov. 20 at 5 p.m. PT against either Creighton or Missouri State.
If your request is approved, you will receive an email from Washington media contact Hailee Roe (hroe2@uw.edu) confirming.
Media with season pass can use the pass for access into the E18 lot. If you need a media parking pass, please include that in the "other information" section.
