UW Places 29 Rowers on 2017 Academic All-Pac-12 Teams

A total of 29 Washington rowers earned a spot on the 2017 Academic All-Pac-12 teams, the Pac-12 Conference announced Friday.
The Huskies placed four women and four men on the first teams and eight women and eight men on the second teams.
For the men, three Huskies (Luke Khoury, Lia Roberds, and Stuart Sim) earned first team-honors for a second consecutive year while Guglielmo Carcano's first-team honors are his third in as many years. Luca Lovisolo and Pietro Zileri Dal Verme earned second-team honors for the second year in a row.
On the women's side, Anouschka Fenley earned first-team honors for a second consecutive year while Margaret Phillips and Jalyn Stinardo earned second-team honors for the second time in two years.
