June 23 is the anniversary of Title IX. The 2022-23 season marked 50 years since its passing, and has been a special one for the mighty women of Washington. Honoring our past, celebrating our present, building toward our future.
Husky Athletics established the "Mighty Are the Women Title IX Fund" to promote broad-based support from alumni, fans, and friends, providing additional funding to female student-athletes and UW's 12 women's programs. Gifts to this fund will provide operational support for all women's sport programs.
A special thank you to corporate partners, adidas, Carter Subaru, and BECU for supporting initiatives throughout the year such as panel speakers, career development events, and networking opportunities.
