The Reverse Retro uniform celebrates the past - with a twist.

The colors and design are inspired by the 1984-85 team, who were Pac-10 Champions and made it to the Sweet Sixteen. These were the days of Detlef Schrempf and Coach Marv.
On Throwback Thursday, Washington men's basketball will be wearing these uniforms vs. Stanford (Feb. 18, 2021).

Retro wordmark, numbers, and logo all mirror the design from the past.
Black became the dominant color (the reverse twist). The purple and gold of that time became the details.
The piping design is inspired by the same design used on the 1984-85 jerseys.
The retro logo is the same one worn on the shorts during that time.
