UW Baseball Signing Day Central
11/10/2021
SEATTLE — The Washington baseball program and head coach Lindsay Meggs are excited to announce the next crop of Huskies as part of National Signing Day on Wednesday.
UW adds nine players to the fold, highlighted by Perfect Game Top-150 prospect in infielder Jacob Reimer (Yucaipa, Calif.). The Huskies also dipped into the Aloha State to pick up three of the top players from Hawaii, all of whom hail from same city in Kailua. Catcher Beau Sylvester (Kailua, Hawaii) is rated by Perfect Game as the top overall player in the state, while Zacary Tenn (Kailua, Hawaii) was ranked as the top pitcher and Aiva Arquette (Kailua, Hawaii) ranked as the top infielder.
“This is a very talented class, and I love the balance," head coach Lindsay Meggs said. "It's four legitimate middle-of-the-order bats who can really play defense, and five talented arms
– two left-handers and three right-handers -- all with very high ceilings. Plus, they are all great students. We could not be more excited.”
