Jake's Corner Submission Form

With the help of generous donors, University of Washington alumnus and Arizona Diamondbacks third baseman Jake Lamb has partnered with Husky baseball to create a charity program, "Jake's Corner", which will provide opportunities for local groups to attend select games at Husky Ballpark free of cost. The program will provide free tickets for participating groups, and in some instances transportation to and from the park.
"Husky Baseball has been such an important part of my life, and I wanted to find a way to make sure that kids can have a great experience at Husky Ballpark," Lamb said. "We were fortunate to have some incredible donors step up and make this happen, and I hope we get the chance to send a lot of kids to the park."
"Jake's Corner" will host a different group each Friday night game during the 2019 season, and in some instances provide transportation to and from Husky Ballpark. This season, the Huskies will host Friday night tilts with Oregon State, BYU, Arizona State, Utah, and California.
"Jake is an incredible ballplayer, but this initiative speaks to who he is as a person," Huskies head baseball coach Lindsay Meggs said. "We are extremely fortunate to play in an incredible setting, and I'm thrilled that this program will allow so many new fans to experience it."
