Participants will enter for a chance to win airfare for two (2) on Alaska Airlines from SeaTac to LAS and one (1) pair of tickets (two (2) tickets in total) to the 2023 Pac-12 championship game in Las Vegas, Nevada (estimated total retail value for flights and game tickets is $1,000 USD), subject to these Official Rules (the “Sweepstakes”)*.

PRIZE
One (1) winner (“Winner”) will be randomly selected by random digitization software from among the eligible entries to win. Residents of Canada, in order to win, must first correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without the aid of a mechanical device, administered by mail or e-mail at HSP’s sole discretion. The Winner will be awarded at random (i) airfare on Alaska Airlines from SeaTac to LAS for use by the Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) (estimated total retail value for flights is $600 USD) and (ii) one (1) pair of tickets (two (2) tickets in total) to the 2023 Pac12 Championship game in Las Vegas Nevada on Dec 1, 2023, exact location of tickets to be determined by HSP, in HSP’s sole discretion (estimated total retail value for each ticket is $200 USD for a total of $400 USD) (estimated total retail value for the game tickets and airfare is $1,000 USD) (collectively, the “Prize”). First Class paid upgrades or mileage plan upgrades are allowed with all such associated fees borne by Winner. Stopovers and connections are also allowed (subject to fare rules) with all such associated fees borne by Winner. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. The Winner may not substitute a cash award in lieu of a Prize. The Prize may be assigned to Winner at random and may not be substituted for one another. HOW TO WIN:
At the conclusion of the Entry Period, one (1) potential Winner of the Sweepstakes will be randomly selected by HSP by random digitization software.
The potential Winner will be notified by direct message through X by HSP/UW Athletics no later than 10:00am PST on November 27, 2023. Participants do not need to be present to win; however, the potential Winner must respond to the notice from HSP in writing to accept and claim their Prize, provide all requisite information required by Alaska Airlines and HSP in order to accept the Prize, including but not limited to, name, address, and phone number, and have a valid Ticketmaster.com account (“Response Information”) by no later than 5:00pm PST on Nov 27, 2023 (the “Response Deadline”). If HSP does not receive written confirmation that a Winner accepts their Prize and provided the Response Information by the Response Deadline, such Winner forfeits any right to or claim on the Prize, and HSP may select another Winner in the same manner described above and by notifying such alternate Winner after the Response Deadline and allowing such alternate Winner to claim the Prize by no later than 10:00am PST on November 28, 2023. If HSP does not receive written confirmation that the alternate Winner accepts their Prize and provided the Response Information by the Response Deadline, such Winner forfeits any right to or claim on the Prize, and HSP may select another Winner in the same manner described above. Winner must provide an email address for where the tickets will be transferred and must have a Ticketmaster.com account in order to accept the tickets. Winner must provide all information requested by Alaska Airlines or HSP. Alaska Airlines or HSP will notify Winner regarding flight details and all other matters related to flights. By claiming or accepting the Prize, Winner certifies that they agree to the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules. Winner may be required to submit his/her valid social security number (if applicable) and/or other identification to HSP and may receive an IRS Form 1099 for any prize valued at $600 or greater. Winner may be required to execute, have notarized and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability and, unless prohibited by law, Release of Publicity, within five (5) days of date of issuance. Refusal or return of such documents as non-deliverable or Winner’s noncompliance with these Official Rules will also result in disqualification and forfeiture of the Prize and, at HSP’s sole discretion and time permitting, may cause an alternate Winner to be selected from among all remaining eligible entries.

Any entry that does not comply with the foregoing, as determined in the sole discretion of HSP, will be disqualified.
REPRESENTATIONS AND INDEMNIFICATION
Each and every participant and/or Winner hereby represents and warrants that they have read these Official Rules, are fully familiar with their contents, and agree to abide thereby. Each Winner shall be responsible and liable for the actions of any third party to whom a Prize is gifted, sold or transferred. Each participant further agrees to indemnify, defend, discharge, release, forever acquit, and hold HSP, SAC, Alaska Airlines, their affiliated entities (including third-party partners) and their respective officers, employees, representatives, agents and contractors harmless against any and all demands, claims, actions, or proceedings of any kind, and from any and all injuries, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses related to or arising out of the participation in the Sweepstakes, any Prize awarded, or any breach or alleged breach of any of the warranties, representations, or agreements of participants hereto. RELEASE OF LIABILITY/ PUBLICITY RELEASE
Participants agree to obey all applicable laws and regulations, including any local guidance or mandates related to any pandemic at the time of any event related to the Sweepstakes or the Prizes, and to be bound by these Official Rules. Winner and Guest may also be required to wear masks at all times during air travel and comply with all policies of Alaska Airlines. By participating in the Sweepstakes, participants fully and unconditionally release HSP, SAC, X, and Alaska Airlines, from (1) all claims for liability arising from or related to participants participation in the Sweepstakes and (2) all claims related to a participant’s acceptance, receipt, possession, loss, and/or misuse of any entry, any Prize, or any travel or activity related to the receipt or use of any Prize. Winner, by acceptance of Prize, grants to HSP, SAC and Alaska Airlines and their respective designees the right to publicize the Winner’s name, address (city and state of residence), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without additional compensation or consideration, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law.

DISPUTES
The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Washington. If HSP does not receive written confirmation that the alternate Winner accepts their Prize and provided the Response Information by the Response Deadline, such Winner forfeits any right to or claim on the Prize, and HSP may select another Winner in the same manner described above. Winner must provide an email address for where the tickets will be transferred and must have a Ticketmaster.com account in order to accept the tickets. Winner must provide all information requested by Alaska Airlines or HSP. Alaska Airlines or HSP will notify Winner regarding flight details and all other matters related to flights. By claiming or accepting the Prize, Winner certifies that they agree to the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules. Winner may be required to submit his/her valid social security number (if applicable) and/or other identification to HSP and may receive an IRS Form 1099 for any prize valued at $600 or greater. Winner may be required to execute, have notarized and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability and, unless prohibited by law, Release of Publicity, within five (5) days of date of issuance. Refusal or return of such documents as non-deliverable or Winner’s noncompliance with these Official Rules will also result in disqualification and forfeiture of the Prize and, at HSP’s sole discretion and time permitting, may cause an alternate Winner to be selected from among all remaining eligible entries.
Any Prize that is obtained in contravention of these Official Rules or the local, state, or federal law will be deemed void and will not be honored. The Prizes may not be sold or transferred. HSP will determine in its sole discretion whether any Prize has been improperly obtained, presented, or transferred.
CONTENT RESTRICTIONS
Entrants must not include any of the following (the “Content Restrictions”) in any entry: (a) nudity, pornography, adult-oriented content, or any other explicit material; (b) materials relating to lotteries or gambling; (c) profanity, images of violence, or promotion of illegal activities; (d) content in violation of intellectual property rights or laws; (e) libelous, defamatory, disparaging, tortious, or slanderous materials; (f) content that denigrates, disparages, or reflects negatively on the HSP, SAC, Alaska Airlines, Climate Pledge Arena, American Airlines Center, any NHL teams, their owners and employees, or hockey; (g) tobacco, e-cigarettes, alcohol, or drugs; (h) dangerous stunts; (i) real weapons of any kind including, but not limited to, guns, knives, or projectiles; (j) material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred, or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, age, or any other basis protected by law, ordinance, or regulation; (k) individuals under legal age of majority without providing a signed release from parent or legal guardian; (l) audio and/or visual content owned by any third party (e.g., recorded music; pre-produced video, etc.); and (m) material that is unlawful or otherwise in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any jurisdiction where the entry is created. Any entry that does not comply with the foregoing, as determined in the sole discretion of HSP, will be disqualified.
REPRESENTATIONS AND INDEMNIFICATION
Each and every participant and/or Winner hereby represents and warrants that they have read these Official Rules, are fully familiar with their contents, and agree to abide thereby. Each Winner shall be responsible and liable for the actions of any third party to whom a Prize is gifted, sold or transferred. Each participant further agrees to indemnify, defend, discharge, release, forever acquit, and hold HSP, SAC, Alaska Airlines, their affiliated entities (including third-party partners) and their respective officers, employees, representatives, agents and contractors harmless against any and all demands, claims, actions, or proceedings of any kind, and from any and all injuries, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses related to or arising out of the participation in the Sweepstakes, any Prize awarded, or any breach or alleged breach of any of the warranties, representations, or agreements of participants hereto. The Winner who participates in a Prize in any way may be required by HSP or SAC to execute additional forms, releases, and/or waivers as a prior condition to participating in or accepting a Prize.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY/ PUBLICITY RELEASE
Participants agree to obey all applicable laws and regulations, including any local guidance or mandates related to any pandemic at the time of any event related to the Sweepstakes or the Prizes, and to be bound by these Official Rules. Winner and Guest may also be required to wear masks at all times during air travel and comply with all policies of Alaska Airlines. By participating in the Sweepstakes, participants fully and unconditionally release HSP, SAC, X, and Alaska Airlines, from (1) all claims for liability arising from or related to participants participation in the Sweepstakes and (2) all claims related to a participant’s acceptance, receipt, possession, loss, and/or misuse of any entry, any Prize, or any travel or activity related to the receipt or use of any Prize. HSP makes no representations regarding the effects, condition, safety, or possible risks associated with air travel, transportation, or event attendance in connection COVID-19.
Winner, by acceptance of Prize, grants to HSP, SAC and Alaska Airlines and their respective designees the right to publicize the Winner’s name, address (city and state of residence), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without additional compensation or consideration, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law.
In the event HSP or SAC is unable to continue the Sweepstakes or to honor any Prize due to any event beyond its control, including but not limited to technological errors, fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic of health or other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil unrest, terrorist threat or act, war (declared or undeclared), or any local, state, or federal law, order, or regulation, then subject to any governmental approval that may be required, HSP and SAC reserve the right to modify, suspend, extend, or terminate the Sweepstakes and rules.
DATA PRIVACY
Private or personally identifying information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes may be retained by HSP and SAC, sold, shared with business partners and/or affiliates, and/or used for marketing purposes. DISPUTES
The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Washington. As a condition of participating in the Sweepstakes, participants agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, by final and binding arbitration administered by JAMS and conducted in Seattle, Washington before a sole arbitrator in accordance with the rules of JAMS.
